I'm 55 and have constant lung problems. Not too cool for a woodwind player. LOL But I get by.Your body will thank you in more ways than you know. One thing that helped me with the oral thing was carrots. Almost felt like a smoke hanging out of my mouth.I quit before for three years and went back. Never again. I have only about 70% lung capacity. That's a guess, but a pretty good one.Wig
