Hey Brent, that's a really interesting interpretation. Possibly too far from customer/screeners expectations. But you did a great job of giving the song an EDM outfit.

I like it! I think it's a great job of re-imagining. My take on these listings is you really want to do something different genre and style-wise with the song but keep it recognizable. I think you did that well.

Im not a big EDM guy, but I think it is very very cool - Quite an interesting take on it
I wonder how many submissions there are for this brief??? 200? Man, by the time I saw it, there were only 6 days left.....not happening!

What I like most about this song
I appreciate the electro take as it offers quite a different look from the original recording.

I think you could improve this song by
The melody takes some shifts that veer a bit too much away from the original. Note "as a lover and a friend" at 2:20 for reference. I would stick closer to the OG for this one.

I returned or forwarded this song because
The melody could be more true to the original for this request.
