Re: Arial Publicity - Social Networking class
I went to the panel in the Ballroom, there were plenty of seats;) Really loved the panel. I use artistdata.com which is great for distributing blogs to all the other SNS and especially tour updates but I also use ping.fm now. (not sure which one is better)One question I have, she mentioned the bribe, free music download for an e-mail address, did anyone catch the url? Something like reverbfreebribe.com ; I used my imagination but none of my made up url's worked.arrrrrrrrrrrrJ

I haven't started to look at all of this stuff yet but I'm excited to implement the strategies that Ariel laid out.

Re: Arial Publicity - Social Networking class
I didn't go to Ariel's class this past Rally, which was a hard choice to make. However, I'd seen her class @ Road Rally 2008, and I'd purchased her book then. In addition, I was able to see her at a songwriting event in my home town in early 2009, when she gave out some terrific information. I was very impressed with her presentation.
Right now (like some others), I'm blogging my way through her book. If you would like to read that, it's @ http://theshysinger-songwriter.blogspot.com/ I'm working on the next chapter now.
I think her book is a good buy, you can find it, and other info @ - "Music Success in Nine Weeks" I'm also on her newsletter list & I think you can sign up there as well.
