Generally, you need reviews from a few different screeners before deciding whether you should change a particular item like a lyric line. Look for patterns where you get similar feedback from multiple sources. Of course, if you get the impression early on that the song doesn't work as a whole, that's different. Screeners are human too. Some will lean more to saying things direct, others more as this screener did. It's also very dependent on listing and genre.
