Which bill was Obama referring to in his speech? Is there a bill number?

I mean when he was saying what the plan was, is there an actual bill, or is it just what he'd like to see, or what?

Re: great Presidential speech
Yea...childish behavior in the extreme. Like when Bush was booed during the state of the union address.............It's pathetic on both sides.....Whatever happened to country first.....Party second.......I hear so much partisan crap from both sides. Where's the middle???? Certainly not with either camp or their more rabid supporters. I read a great line somewhere that said "just because someone doesn't share your political view doesn't make them an idiot nor should they go f%^& themselves". When I hear the level of so called political discussion I'm reminded of the movie Idiocracy......almost prophetic for the pathetic times we're in.Derek
