How long before your first forward?

HMMMM let's see if this makes sense............Got our first membership late Oct 2004 (so that we could go to the Rally) Didn't submit until after the first of the year '05 because our day job makes the bulk of it's money during Christmas and we were too busy. We saw a Dispatch that we were interested in so we added Dispatch. Our first one was forwarded, and that same song was forwarded several times...no deal. We've had quite a few forwards and only submit less than 20 times a year.We have kept our membership and added another one for my son in '05 so that we could bring more people with us to the Rally. My son actually got his first deal when he'd just turned 17 ('08), with a music library. He's since submitted more songs to them, and they accepted some of them also. We have not submitted but 1 or 2 times this year, due to time and money being real tight. Sometimes it comes down to submitting or spending that $5 on 2 for $5 deal for milk and OJ. The kids win, they get their milk and OJ. We hope to submit more soon, as business picks back up.Tricia
