Hi Blimp,Especially liked the 1st and 3rd tracks - very nice. I could hear some Gomez in there, so you could look out for appropriate listings that reference them. Really enjoyed your tunes, thanks for sharing!~ Andrew

hey blimp!!holy shit! this is right up my alley! just great songs, all of them.DON'T TELL ME YOU HAVEN'T BEEN INFLUENCED SOMEWHAT BY THE BEATLES!--Tiny--sounds like it could have fit nicely on the white album, stylistically, backing vox just great. now tell me you did the lead in a timberlake style on that last hit i've heard, the distortion, on purpose? hope so, cuz you obviously know how NOT to do it, based on the other tunes.--which leads me to said and done, which sounds to my ears like john lennon is alive, and could have fit on one of his later solo albums--very nice, by the way, you have a very cool voice...and i dig your sense of harmony.--and on sweatheart, that reminded me of something in style off one of mcCartney's albums. now, all THAT said, you have a definite style all your own, man, very very very very, oh did i say very exceptional writing. i likey very much!where do i get your autograph? these are singer/songwriter submits for sure, and you can find others, but it might be a bit difficult as it's so unique--a very good thingthe best, warrenps: hire mojobone as your friggin' agent, if he has the cred!! quite an endorsement....

First off, I have to say thanks again to everyone for even taking the time to listen, it's most appreciated!Second, thanks for the feedback/tips/suggestions etc...Third, I'm overwhelmed by the positive feedback. I honestly never really know if my stuff is good or not. One day I listen and it sounds ok, the next day it sounds like poop to me Finally, I say go for it Mojobone! I don't really care about being famous, but I'll happily settle for being filthy rich. Thanks again everyone!

I only have time to listen to one this morning, so I chose Tiny, Tiny. WOW! Joe Walsh meets the Beatles? If I don't hear this song on radio or TV at some point I'd be really surprised, because it is very, very good! I don't think the recording is broadcast quality yet, but I don't guess it's meant to be yet.OK, that song was so good I decided to listen to Sweetheart too. Another very good song, although I think the vocals need to com up in the mix a bit. I haven't listened to the second one yet.I agree that you should go for artist listings. I love your stuff... and we need more quirkiness out there!Great job blimp!Cameron

Blimp has excellent music & melody but to me the lyrics are not something I can relate to. Also, a slightly better chorus structure would be necessary. Hope this helps! Steve.

WOOOOOOW You have got my attention. I really love your stuff! Tiny Tiny is a great song and sweetheart would have worked on the Beatles double white album. Although it sounds like you have picked up where the Beatles left off your lyrics, vocals, effect's are so good and current it works well today. You make this old Beatles fan head swim and heart jump for joy. Kick ass music my friend top the charts kind of stuff. I have been around music over fifty years and I know what is good. I could listen to a song one time and tell my friends where it would be on the charts. No brag I'm just a old fart that's been around.:) Thanks so much for the listens. One of the advantages of being a Taxi member is we have front roll seats of the great and upcoming artist. Take care and the best of luck with your music. mild Bill

Hey blimp,That Tiny Tiny song is really something-- had me laughing with glee!! I'm certain you must have heard me say that when I was a kid, standing on the rooftop... it's just so side-splitting funny, and I just feel it in my bones that that one will have use somewhere in the big big commercial world... Even though the vocals were overly processed, it kind of grew on me. [If I were to add anything here, it might be to have the vocals sound less like they are in a megaphone and more like something a little squeezed and whiney.... because those vocals are soooo frickin' hilarious!] And it's a little pitchy in a few places (2:17, 2:38)-- though even this does add to the feel of the quirkiness. I know that's as clear as mud, but maybe it will make some sense. Overall, this song is brilliant-- in the genius category, even-- with lyrics like "everybody looks so tiny tiny" and the "la la la la's"-- those were hilariously catchy!! And now I can't get that d*** "tiny tiny" phrase out of my head!! What a great track, blimp!! Welcome to the forums!!I want to review the other two... but I just got a call and I've got to take off... back later...Raags
