This is great news, Doug. And well deserved. Onward and upward would seem to be inevitable, almost certainly due to your hard work and persistence. And for me, the willingness to learn and improve (as seen, for example, in your continued use of this forum) is the most admirable quality. Successful people very often say that they continue to learn, even though they have achieved success. I reckon that you are on the way, so well done.
