WOOHOO!!! I just recieved my 1st forward :D

Post by crystallions » Fri Aug 22, 2008 1:14 pm

I just received my first forward. It was for the listing asking for haunting music. I took a chance submitting a piano piece considering that the examples they gave were more strings and such. The piece is "Abandoned". You can listen to it here...http://www.myspace.com/lydialashton(the 5th song in the player)or here...www.taxi.com/lydialashtonI'm happy! ~ LydiaPS. I submitted two pieces but only heard back about one of them. Do they send you an email if a piece is not forwarded? Is it usual that you get answers on different days even if you submitted them at the same time?

There is nothing like the feeling of that first one. Relish the moment.and then, I just want to say I've never heard of getting a "split decision" on more than one piece that was submitted all at the same time. You may want to call TAXI to ask about that...Congrats, again.Ted

When you say you did not hear back about your other submission are you saying that you sent them together for the same listing opportunity? If so then you should call Taxi. I had a similar problem and calling Taxi helped (I even got a forward on that orphaned song ).Congrats Again & Again,Allen
