She came to my studio with such a swagger, and I heard her sing and went "Huh?"I'm not surprised by any means! My older sister knew the female lead in the "Sgt. Pepper's" movie, and said she was a real, um, unkind person. This singer came out with an album called "Diane --- Who?" or something like that. It was so terrible, that it was on our first list for shotgun assassination. We took it out into a field, flew it like a frisbee, and our roommate blew the crap out of it. It sat on our wall of "One Hit Wonders" for many years as a reminder ---Ern

They may have had a couple.I played with Ambrosia's drummer, Burleigh Drummond, who joined my band when he was on hiatus from Ambrosia (which was most of the time! ). He was a good solid drummer, but I never got the story from him about Ambrosia. Burleigh sure told some good jokes, though! Funny guy ---Ern

Hey! How about probably the first punk/rock hit:"Talk Talk" by The Music Machine! Great song, great attitude, lousy recording. Ern

Re: One Hit Wonders!
How about "You Are The Woman" by Firefall? That has to be one of the worst records ever made! I believe they were "one hit wonders," but are STILL playing live! Here's a video from 2008 that's even worse than the record!

Sure looks like they're having fun, huh? Gag!Ern
