Thanks Janet, nice to know you can get those kind of results without being present. I was wondering about the time required more if I had to be there while they cut the demo. Just curious how much it cost? If you don't care to mention I perfectly understand. Even just a ballpark figure would be great if you care to share. I'm just blown away by how much talent there is on this forum. You guys have really raised the bar for me, and hopefully we'll all be better for it.Cameron

Since I didn't go that route, I guess I'm kinda clueless, hehe. Maybe Jimi can chime in and let you know if they could wrap it up all in one session or something. I'm gonna send you a PM regarding the cost I paid for the song.

Thanks Janet. I'll probably just do the same as you did and send them a copy of the song. Cam

Hi,Steve- Yeah the drummer ( and all of the guys) were pro's-- one take-- the drummer ( who they said played with some country great ( I'm terrible at remembering names) but, then they also said he played with the Dizzy Gillespie band. That name I remember. Cameron- about being there-- remember the joke I posted a while back-auto repair- $25 per hourif you wait $50 per hourif you watch $ 75 per hourif you help $ 100 per hour.It was a blast watching-- all the guys gather around a table in the control room- Jimi says what Chits is looking for. they talk for a couple of minutes , then like a football team they break- run into their respective sound booths-- one take- then the lead electric guitar wanted to add a couple of more tracks to fatten it up. and that part of the session was done- I wish I could have stayed to watch the singer lay his track down.Chits.... great job---- best of luck with it.Bob

In fact, I think Jimi would have preferred I didn't post about it, but hey, whaddya gonna do....I'm very pleased with the demo, hehe.

Anyway, you guys have a great day...I guess I'll go play out in the sunshine today....it's a nice one here today....it's hot, but I can work around that.
