hi Buc...I can actually picture this track used as an instrumental on Tv... even with vocals this can be used in many scenes... MHO...It's got a good groove and it's pretty catchy... Cool one.Kel

Hey Hiredgun, WOW! You guys do a lot of everything! Have you gotten any of your instrumentals used in film or TV yet? I tried to access your web site but it says it isn't up yet. I especially liked the instrumental "Celtic Stomp", some first class pickin' there as well as "Brew Glass". I like the blues tunes "Southern Comfort" and "I Can't Do". They sound really good and, in my humble opinion, would sound even better if you had a singer with a bit more of a raw, raspy, whiskey voice. The vocal's on them now are very good but might sound even better with a dirtier vocal. Again, that's just my opinion. I bookmarked your site so I can keep checking out your new postings. Thanks for the link to your music, nice job! Buc

I really enjoyed this! Well performed and produced... I can't say how this would do in a country pitch today because it's too far from my area of knowledge. Hopefully more of the country writers on here will chime in. A good way to find out is to submit it for a country listing or get a custom critique. BestCasey

Hey Buc thanks and yes we have had some stuff that movie houses have showed interest in. Lost/in the 5th mode, but we haven't gotten a dime yet. I haven't posted our jazz stuff yet so yeah we are nothing if not diverse. I really enjoyed your stuff, look forward to hearing more !

Thanks Casey and hiredgun. Like you mentioned Casey, I did go ahead and submit this song for the listing I pasted below. Even if it's returned, it's worth the 5 bucks to see what one of Taxi's reviewers thinks about it. Thanks for taking a listen!S090605COMAINSTREAM COUNTRY SONGS for a male artist with a traditional streak and a rockin' streak a la GARY ALLAN are sought by the VP of A&R at a Major Nashville Label. Bakersfield-style honky-tonk songs would work here and rockin' uptempos are especially welcome. Demo presentation must sound great with top-notch instrumental and vocal performances. Please submit one to three songs online or per CD, include lyrics. All submissions will be screened and critiqued by TAXI and must be received no later than Friday, June 5, 2009. TAXI #S090605CO

Thanks KO STAR, It would be great to hear this used on TV, anywhere actually! I hate to ask, but I've only been a member a couple of months, so I have to ask what MHO stands for? Thanks a lot for listening to this and for your feedback!Buc

Buc,This is well done. I have the same comment about the synth fiddle (or is that an accordion?). It does sound a bit dated, but think it'd be a good candidate for use in a scene shot in that era.Vince
