Sounds great, Kel, but with the word "Orchestral" in the listing title, they probably would want to hear more fluency with strings, woodwinds, brass, percussion (especially since they're looking for composers). Probably useful for another listing, though.Vince

Ethan, Marcblack30, Keith, Mazz, Bryan, Mare, Vince...U guys are Fantastic! & Everyone here who has given me so much helpful feedback...I'm right now in the midst of transforming this track into Orchestral style...I appreciate Ur feedback about applying for other listings and I am with this version... However something in me keeps urging me to re-shape this version & to go for this listing... I can't help that feeling so I'l finish up the "Film" version... halfway there...-Kel(sorry, I gotta leave for work (9-5 job) now... when I come back later I'l feedback on Ur works too...)

Kel... this ABSOLUTELY ROCKS!!!! But... ... as some others have already said, I'm afraid it might be a bit off target for the listing you included in your original post. BUT... this is an AWESOME track and it will find a home for sure... Dude, just when I think I've heard your "best" stuff... you come out with another track that just blows me away... I sincerely am jealous of your skills and abilities... you rock my friend! Keep it up!!!!- Big Blue

Hey Kel - brilliant work - wow!!!! I agree with Mazz etc re submitting this to the Crime listing. Certainly the first 40 seconds is right there for it. Having said that, this is very unique. The "Epic Orchestral" does need to be more orchestral for sure. Keep this version for CSI drama stuff and do another one that leans much more toward orchestral for the Epic. Georgie

Bryan, Big Blue, Georgie... well, EVERYBODY here...From the bottom of my Industrial heart... THANK U ALL SO MUCH!!!Trying not to get too mushy here but I am really so very touched by Ur comments & such extremely precious feedback & time.I have thoroughly read all of them & completely absorbed all the feedback gathered & used it to transform this track to an Orchestra approach...Big Blue, thought I let U know this. When I had 100% returns in March... it got quite disheartening but U know what? When U mentioned about Ur data thread on Ur first year records & I checked it out, it brought back my fighting spirit almost immediately. U inspired me man!I may not be making big $ from my compositions yet but I have discovered something just as valuable after meeting U all here...There is no better feeling than having Ur work enjoyed and appreciated by Ur Peers, the Ppl whom I respect so much!Inspiration is in Abundance becos of U All!I am almost done with my first draft of this track in an Orchestral version... Now, I'm gonna review as many people's music as I can. Then I'l complete this other version & post it back here... hopefully the poll votes will start to reverse ^_^Til later...Warm regards,Kel

I'm hoping it's on target now... ...I don't know.I watched tons of movie trailers background music & other sources recommended... Thanks Bryan for the Zombie recommendation... Cool stuff! Thanks everyone who's given me such amazingly resourceful feedback..This one doesn't sound like any of those that I've heard, so I either got it very wrong or perhaps managed to pull it off... fingers & toes crossed...Need U to judge if this is considered Hybrid/Orchestra?Devil's Spawn-Hybrid ORCH:http://www.taximusic.com/song.php?song_ ... rueorTrack no.1 on:www.taxi.comCheers,Kel

Kel,Man, this is really good! I echo Big Blue's sentiments here. It sounds "epic", but probably not in the classical sense. Would be great for a detective thriller. I have to say I'm really amazed at how you film/tv guys do this.Cam
