Quote:Quote:Hello Casey,I have a big problem responding to your comments because like this one they are so benign and innocuous there isn't really anything to say but I know you get upset if I ignore you. I would suggest coming off the Diethl ether and see if that helps.I love the smell of Diethyl Ether in the morning... (and it is spelled with a 'y' in it)... Oh, and I get to be benign and innocuous too? Good... Some B & I for me is just what the doctor ordered... All these years I always wondered what Bob Dylan was talking about in "Subterranean Homesick Blues"... I finally figured it out!!!Johnny's in the basementMixing up the medicine... That's more like it Casey Now I know what Bob Dylan was singing about when he wrote Forever Young(your other piccy Case)

lopc:In the past I had a stockpile of tracks that were never finished. For one reason or another I’d hit a wall and never complete them.Sooooooooo …………..I found other artists online to collaborate with, of whom I had never met, and we created "finished material"together. I’ve done 40 collaborations so far.Of course not all of them were gems but quite a few turned out to be pretty good. Here are a couple of examples.BreatheAntalya

Well, there's nothing more helpful or refreshing than a blistering attack. Barney, bottom line is, every day is a new day. You can focus on the old stuff, you can also pursue new stuff. But those moods and feelings are dangerous...and COMMON to songwriters. Don't let them be a roadblock to diversity. You might wake up tomorrow with a good mind for techno...later on, you may want to touch up an old piece from 1982. I say ride those waves and don't limit yourself so much.

Quote:Quote:Have you ever thought that if you spent less time here telling stupid jokes and asking for sympathy and more tome focusing on your chosen craft it might bring you a bit nearer the success you claim you want. This board used to be about, composers, musicians, songwriters sharing musical experiences. Now it seems to have more than it's fair share of clowns.Have you thought about being a comedian? You are probably better suited to that than trying to be a songwriter.Did you forget to take the little pink happy pills today? Chill out. I am chilled ms bird and I don't need any pills pink or otherwise to realize that state.I do object to people coming here and whining about being tired and having problems (ain't we all!) yet they have the energy to contribute offensive and crude jokes which seemed to give somebody else the right to use a four letter word.I have never seen that before and I don't think we should encourage the imbeciles by endorsing or ignoring that behavior.

Hello All,JD, it seems to me, you even initiated a marriage proposal to me, complete w dowery, once upon a time. Either you play nice, or crawl back under your bridge. The humour, can stay, it makes a lot of people happy.Your complaining about people trying to be funny, sounds suspiciously like WHINING. But I need to take my kid to his last hockey game right now. So I can't join in the fun. Don't like jokes - don't read. Don't like music - don't listen. Don't like the forum... ah shit man, I want you to stay, but quit antagonizing. Unless you're willing to reveal why you're in such a nasty mood today...

Hello Steve, hope your kid does well if playing and enjoys if watching.I love jokes, especially about musicians, which is where the thread started,if you could find the place where I said I don't like music I would be very interested to see it and if people don't want to read my posts that's easy enough not to do and even easier not to respond.I am not antagonizing folks,in fact I am showing remarkable restraint at the moment.
