Submitting music for film/tv placement is just one piece of a songwriter's potential income. There is making cds of your music and selling them to fan, friends and relatives. Playing live is a big help for that. But very few people who don't sing and play a supporting instrument make any type of headway financially. The music biz is just like any other biz, you got a great product and a great location with great marketing skills you MIGHT do well if you have a great team of people in your corner... First you gotta have a GREAT set of recorded songs or the rest is all...
