One of the email listings was sent out wrong a short while ago, and the corrected version had a post saying something to the effect of, "I'm sorry about the listing mistake, we bumped off the webmaster so that won't be happening again". Obviously, I don't know the ins and outs of the situation but I interpreted that the guy/girl in charge of sending out the email listings sent out the wrong one so Michael fired him/her and bragged about it to us?No biggie... We were actually talking about two different things. I didn't see the "webmaster" thing but it does sound like it was tongue and cheek. Back to the listings- as Mazz said on another thread, taxi listings tend to be much more descriptive than what you see elsewhere in the industry. But I welcome someone from taxi to address that... The discussion comes up often.Best,Casey

I've got a bunch of songs in for this listing. They range from close soundalikes to the crazy electronica Dylan cover that Dave Walton and I teamed up on. I'm hoping that both views of the listing are correct and that if it's good they'll forward it. Colm, let us know if what you hear from your email (or phone call) sheds any more light on things.

Good luck with your submissions!I'm just off the phone with TAXI and they asked me to email them again, so I did. I'm just waiting on a reply, I should be able to post his reply in the next few mins!

Ya no biggies for me either. Bill's sounds like a good idea, if I could just make myself sit in one place for a couple of hours I could probably do the same as he's doing. I'll bet the most important thing in this is going to be a great vocal and good solid tracks. And for me, getting a few bucks together for submissions.Best wishes to all, Elser

Well, I submitted a reggae version of CCR's "Down on the Corner". It doesn't sound anything like CCR's original, so I may have TOTALLY misinterpreted the listing. All we can do is wait and see...
