what you say is true. in the beginning, i was making something rather original. for example, if a listing was asking for modern rock, i was making something sounding rock and kind of modern BUT it sounded nothing like referenced artists. that was my problem, i didnt take time to study a la's. submitting something of old original composition can be hard to be stylistically on target. it is best to make new tracks nice and fresh from scratch .

companies don't just want music which is generally fantastic. I found out after getting my first contacts from 3 companies, that they will contact us if our submission(s) are spot on and sound current and hot. they do want someone who is capable of creating music that is selling right now. its a challenge !!! don we love it.., i do
