That beer looks good!!!
Y'know, I actually HAD a beer with Jon Anderson once in Kalamazoo, Michigan! --- "YES" loved to play Ka'zoo, a cool college town where I went to school. They often started their U.S. tour there, because they knew we loved them and would forgive any glitches in the show. Afterwards, we went to the hotel bar by the auditorium, and in walks the light man and sound man, so I had to sit down and have a chat! THEN, Anderson walks in and sits in our booth! I knew he was basically a vegetarian and teetotaler, but he did have a pint of beer. He was as mellow and spiritual as you would expect.

O.K., enough of that! WHICH "Yes" song did this lyric come from:

"Coloured in pastures of chance dancing leaves cast spells of challenge"

YES had glitches in a show! :o

Great story Ern. Yeah, he seems a nice guy.

Hey, they're one of my favourite bands, so I know this one:

The Revealing Science Of God (Dance of the Dawn) - Tales from Topographic Oceans.

I love those build ups!

Here's one for yer:

"I see your eyes are busy kissing mine, and I do, I do
Wondering what it is they're expecting to see"

Ok, if I remember the rules, I have to swear not to look it up on the web, so I am failing miserably so far.

I'm beginning to think that the only way I can board this train is to bring a little country balance to the offerings with the following. Which is, by the way, reported to come from the perfect country and western song.

"I was drunk the day my mom got out'a prison and I went to pick her up in the rain.
But before I could get to the station in my pick up truck, she got runned over by a damned ol' train"
Wayne R Brown

"Don't let it end like this, tell them I said something." The dying words of Poncho Villa

Billy will know this one! :D ;)

Hi Wayne.

I've got to admit I don't know the answer.
Great lyrics though!

Over to Ern!

Billy,

I'm shocked! Now I need a drink. The fact that the writer's name is in the song was, or so I thought, a dead giveaway.

Now I feel I should have known this one, so I Googled it for the full lyrics! :D
