oh, hello....

Zipped Logic file with dedicated Enviro layer for EZD multi plus example plug-ins, as a starting point:

The same as above, but with a special added bonus: the magic Compare button. Ooooooohhh... (Click a few times and observe the effects on Reference Track and Out 1-2 plugs.) Kudos to logicprohelp.com forum.

This was my in-flight entertainment en route to a conference; please forgive if it sounds horrible. Just an example setup.

Importing a layer is pretty straightforward. Open my file and your desired destination file, open your file's Environment, then use the mini-menu to choose Options:Import Environment:Layer... . Choose just the layer(s) of interest from my file.

Wiring the Compare button (if it doesn't transfer smoothly) is slightly more complicated; if you need an assist I'm happy to try tonight post-conference.

Cheers!

I use EZDrummer for almost all of the drums in my songs, but I am using Garageband. If it works with Garageband, I don't see why it would not work with Logic Pro. There should be a list somewhere that should show all of the DAW's and OS that it's compatible with.

Hi, Darin - yes, it is completely compatible with Logic. Here's a list, down a bit on the page:

We were just discussing ways to streamline setting it up for multi-output use.

I use EZ Drummer in FL Studio and find this a fantastic composition tool. The pattern/playlist approach of FL facilitates a Lego approach to writing--you can easily visualize, write, and re-arrange song sections. EZ drummer patterns are just dragged into an FL pattern and the midi parts are easily edited in the FL piano roll. When I've got it done for the song I then render it to WAV to import into ProTools and then begin the serious recording work. HTH
