Looking at the calendar of events, here are a couple of times that might work:

Saturday at 2pm

Sunday at 11:30am

We most likely won't be a huge group so meeting in a corner of the lounge could probably work.

Let me know what works for you folks.

Chuck

(the schedule is so full it's hard to carve out a time!!!)

Chuck,
I'm interested!! I'm so unhappy with my overdriven/distortion guitar sound I quit submitting to listings for hard rock and metal.

A topic like this is worth discussing.

How to get a good acoustic sound would be another.

I think everyone has a trick or two up their sleeve (and hopefully willing to share soem of them)

I thought it might be fun and interesting to have an informal gathering over breakfast or coffee to talk about gear, recording techniques, tips and tricks and what else comes up in the conversation.

Any thoughts??

Chuck
Sounds like a great idea! Let's do it.

It looks like Saturday at 2pm in the Dot Lounge will work.

If we need to move to a different place in the hotel after we convene that will work too (pool party??!!??)

Like many meetings, if everyone comes prepared to share an idea, we'll all get a lot out of spending a little time together.

Should be fun and maybe has the potential to turn into a "formal event" at a future Rally.
