CherBear-

Cher,

Thankyou for the welcome to the forum. I visited your website for the "Stardust Lullaby" project.
I listened to "Seepy Sam" with my young son (3 months) he liked it. I also saw Gene doing "Hey Jude" with the church group(Very Cool) I grew up in a house were Beatles music played often. I'll make sure I take the time to tell Oprah about the Stardust project, That is a great goal!

In good music,

Stephen

T&V Marino-

Tracey and Vance,

Thankyou for the welcome, I do find this site interesting, entertaining, educational, and fun so we share that in common. I took the time to visit the Song Maker Production site and was amazed at how on target each and every listing was. I really felt each description was matched perfectly with the song that followed. "Mean and Nasty" was one of my favorites and I loved "La Rosa" as well. You guys are really getting great sound quality/great mix out of each project I heard. Loved the "shaved ice" as well, It took me to the island! Great work guys hope to get to know ya'll more in the future.

In good music,

Stephen

Mister Keyboard-

Orest,

Thankyou for the welcome and thankyou for looking at the site. I made sure to visit your YouTube channel and became a subscriber because I really liked it. I watched "Progressive classical piano improvisation" -This should be really helpful as I'm getting my chops on the keyboard ready. You noted that there were some tracks you liked on the BenJet taxi site. If you don't mind me asking which ones did you like?

Frontage Road-

Thokus,

Thankyou for the welcome to the institute. It has been a great help in many ways and look forward to the education I'll gain from reading up on so many great topics. I had the chance to visit the "Frontage Road" taxi site. That is an awesome highway/gutiar picture and I see that we share alot of the same favorite artists. I am a huge Jimi fan as well as some others you had listed. You have a wide range of styles and I thought alot of them were really good. "Twited Ballet" and "Blue Mangor" live worlds apart but both good tracks in there own right. "Roadway Horizon" painted a picture of a car headed across the highway to Vegas. Great gutiar work through out your project.

In good music,

Stephen

Taxi-

8-) Hello everyone,

I wanted to thankyou all for a warm welcome to this forum. As I read through this post I wanted to take the time to bring some clarity to my role in the music you are hearing on the BenJet Studios site. I am Stephen "Cavi the Ghost" with BenJet and I helped in co-writing some of the songs as well as performed most of the singing/rap/accoustic work. The real genius behind most of the tracks/vocals you are hearing is my father and mentor Tony Armstrong. In my introduction I just wanted to give credit were it is most certainly due. My Father "Papa Tony" as I call him built a project studio from the ground up. He has put hundreds of hours into becoming a true master of the craft while working a full time job as a gaming executive, and caring for the needs of two other young adults, Robbie Van Gough my brother and gutair genius, and sister Diane who is studying theatre at the University of Oklahoma. BenJet Studios is a family owned business and I would like to note that three years ago when we started this journey I was at one of the lowest points in my life. BenJet Studios and the music that my dad, brother and myself have been making has changed and really saved my life. Sometimes in life in all the hustle and bustle you don't get the chance to say thankyou, This is a very heart felt thankyou to my dad and true friend Tony Armstrong. If you get the chance to visit our page and find some things you like, I would be honored if you would let dad know. He has worked harder than anyone I know at making this dream of a career in music happen for us, and I want him to know it does not go unoted.

In good music,

Hi Cavi the Ghost, that is a very nice message you posted about your dad. It is so meaningful to have support from your family in any business, but especially when you're in the music business! I went to your taxi page just now but the music was missing. Will check again soon, maybe you're uploading or maybe the connection is funky. Anyway, welcome to the forum!

Thank you for the post Stephen, I'm ..... speechless

For those reading this post - I think you will find Stephen as talented and versatile as any undiscovered artist that you know of. He writes, sings, raps, plays guitar, plays keys, is capable of incredible freestyle, and is well liked and respected by the artists that he has worked with. I can't tell you how many times well respected musicians have referred to him as "amazing". But don't take my word for it, I'm biased. Check out his work for yourself .... :)
