Yeah- that is solid until you get to .20 sec there's a bass note on the "and" of beat 3 that's off and at about .24 it's a little off. There are a couple more on the "and" of beat 3 and 4. @ around .28
So you should fix this first, then move on to cleaning up the guit part. It will be even more evident when these are tight.

hey Jason,

had a listen. think that the new version you posted is 100% better. adjusting timing in all those spots totally makes a difference. like some of the most recent comments, I think you need one more round and you will be killin' it.

I listened to the quick mix and it sounds close enough IMO.

so its the guitars.

they are ahead of the beat at 0:22, 0:28, 0:35 (every time it hits that one riff).

They sound ok at 1:15, 1:23, and 1:30

Some of the vocal phrases are so far behind the beat as to be between. it happens for example at 1:01

the doubled voca lat 1:40 is way louder than the phrases that follow it up. a little re-level of that and you are sete.

Sounds good Jason,
Sounds like you've ironed out the guit line. The overall mix sounds better too, with adjusted vox levels etc.
One small nit I found is a glitch in the bass at .51 (Sounds like a bad edit or a double hit)
