Hi Suze - My positive thoughts and best wishes go out to both of you. Healing can be a slow process, but it sounds like things are moving in the right direction. If you need a break from the stress and are hanging out in the downtown Portland area, let me know if you'd like to meet for lunch sometime. I work fairly close to Powells Books. All the best to you and Lyris.Richard

Hi Everyone; It's been a rough few weeks, but I think things are finally settling down. Lyris is staying here this week, just to make sure; but we fully expect her to be able to handle things herself again by week's end. PTSD is not fun! Poor kiddo. But I think we've finally found the right combination of care, from meds to counseling and energy work -- rather the full gamut of options. We've also added acupuncture into the mix, which seems to be of great help in alleviating the back pain (from her ruptured discs) and helping her feel more grounded. I imagine the road ahead is going to continue to involve ups and downs; but I am hopeful that the worst is behind us. I deeply appreciate the concern and compassion you all have shown to us. I'm still catching up on some biz things, but hope to dive fully back into the forums full swing soon. I really miss all of you!BIG HUGS of GRATITUDE,Suz
