Dandelions - please give a listen

After reading the comments and then listening I was struck by the extended vowel sounds mentioned and also the image of a dandelion and trying to pull petals. Maybe with tweezers over the course of an hour or two .

I really think you should work at the dandelion image and look into daisy or another flower with a reasonable amount of petals even though lyrically you are now very used to dandelion. Heck, it's the title of the song! I just think it undermines the very cool "she loves me, she loves me not" image.

On the other hand, in my opinion, this song is 95% of the way to being fantastic! Very nice guitar and vocal.

Nomatter what you end up doing or not, good luck.
