How long to wait on a track after forward?

Yep, I just keep submitting tracks, exclusive or non-ex, until the fish bite!

I just heard from a music library about 6 hours after I was notified of a forward to them. So that's one end of the range...

The only time I ever consider holding of after a forward is when the forward was a very high profile exclusive deal. I'm talking about the kind that go to the big ad agencies for 15-60k. Yes, they are a long shot, but if you do get the forward it is worth waiting a while on those. I've held off a 3-4 months on those ones and if I don't hear anything then I continue submitting it.

Everything else is just business as usual. Keep shopping it until you get a callback.
