Here's an alternate take. What do you guys think of this pronunciation?

I pronounce "divide" as though it rhymes with the description of a big girl's butt: a "bit wide". :? :P

sound a lot better to me too, even though i'm not very comfortable with the "u"-sound, but maybe that's just cause i'm not a canadian. but even if this is the correct pronunciation in your country, you still need to take into consideration what nationality you're pitching to. for people outside canada it may sound a bit odd.

Hey John,

I didn't chime in on the "divide" controversy yet, but I had given it some thought and came up with the same solution of moving the downbeat from "di-" to "vide". The original version didn't bother me on first listen, but once it was pointed out I couldn't un-hear it.

Overall this is sounding better and better, and I can't wait to hear the final mix!

I get a Bruce Springsteen buzz off of your voice.

You're very talented and I enjoyed this piece very much.

Best regards,
