Yes, that is how I read your post, too, and I think Mark missed a chance there.

There may be large personal, but also larger cultural differences at play here. That is why I think it makes most sense to have a break now.

Yes, we all need to treat one another with respect. I am not a moderator and what people deem as respectful enough seems to be the problem at hand.

So, again, I call for a break, to let the dust settle.

It's not by imposing his own values on them when they are clearly very different. If he's that sensitive then just ignoring said people is his best bet IMHO

Everyone just has to accept that people have different approaches to whatever their goals are with their music or to how they act online. We don't all have to think, act, or feel the same way, we cannot impose on others.

Exactly Tom, I've already said all this multiple times. I've no issue with Robert not liking my M.O. . But he can't accept it's a two way street ..more like he thinks it's a one way street...a private one way street that he owns..and is going uphill on a broken segway.

To me being respectful is being truthful to people whether that's good or bad, not pussyfooting around issues. Not delivering BS soft pedal feedback just in case someone is of a highly delicate disposition. Tell it like it is.
