I could see after watching the whole episode, where there could be some confusion. My takeaways were that it was for specific briefs that state "no samples". But they did go on to say if your sample use is so good, no one could tell, you might be OK but if they contact you, be honest with them.

HOWEVER, I would say 90% of folks would not be able to make it that good. So MHO is if the listing says "no samples", stick with the requirement. Period.

Remember, there have only been a few listings (AFAIK) that have this requirement. So if you can't do what's asked, move on to another listing and save yourself and your reputation a lot of grief.

Also, before you rant on the forum about something, call or email Taxi and ask for clarification.
