NICE!!!!!That's a project that I have yet to start (converting albums to CDs). I know it'll take months to complete. Yeah my dad did his collection - like over 100vinyls...and it's really awesome, coz now he puts on his 70's disco in the living room and does his little boogie woogie (mind you that's when I was still living in SA), now without me at home anymore - I'm sure his life is shattered and meaningless... I AM SOOO KIDDING

Music was meant to be savored back then....it was a recreational experience, something you made time for. BTW, I really like "This Town", and I listen to it from time to time on your You Tube. Maybe this can be your next vinyl project if it's not already included in your original one. Of course, you couldn't show the video on it. Here's the You Tube in case no one has seen it....I guess you don't mind me posting it:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JNtY3h6OkrU
Nowdays music is a soundtrack to whatever it is you're doing, not time out from it.
So true, 53 Vinyls got such a bad rap back in late 80s and early 90s when the majors were selling us all on the 'higher' quality of CDs. No mention then of the higher margin on CDs of course. And now most of us are listening to MP3s Liam
