New Symphonic Piece
Hi Guys,I just finished a new symphonic piece entitled "Ash-Shaytan." It's a musical depiction of some personal struggles that I had to deal with in 2005. I figured that rather than sitting around moaning and groaning about this situation, I would try to make something positive out of it by channeling my energies into creating this music.Although "Ash-Shaytan" is pretty intense at times, in the end there is a ray of hope for a better 2006! "Ash-Shaytan" can be heard at my website:http://www.broadjam.com/ernstinenIt's about 10 minutes in length, so be patient! Ern

'93 was a crazy year for me. It would take me a year to tell you about it.

Hey man,I like your ability to change gears... be it subtle or grotesque (in the good way!)It's got a slight Ben Britten quality, with maybe a little Rzewski influence (in the opening figure).btw, is that Arches NP in the background of your picture? Looks like the trail to Hidden Arch.

Looks like the trail to Hidden Arch. Thanks, Zink! --- The photo was taken by a pretty Navaho lady at a rest stop in Utah. She was selling bead necklaces, so I bought one and in exchange she took the photo. It was somewhere is central Utah, I'm not sure where.Ern
