What about 48Khz v 44.1Khz? As these are cues for use with video, do we bounce at 48Khz or am I getting confused over nothing?
If you're talking about libraries, each one has different requirements. Some want 48K, some 44.1K. With that some want 16 bit, others 24 bit especially for 48K. What a lot of people do is first bounce 48K/24 bit, the highest resolution requested, and then convert outside the DAW to 48K/16, 44.1K/16, etc.

For mp3s such as uploading to Taxi, I STRONGLY recommend only 44.1K to make mp3. Occasionally, some systems hiccup on mp3s created from 48K. So, for example, I would convert 48K/24 to 44.1K/16 and then make an mp3 from that.

Best,
:D Casey

I hope you music tells a story.
