I'm still a smoker, and I hate myself for it everyday. Ted and everyone else who has posted have given me the confidence to make me beleive that I can too quit smoking. I'm going to quit starting as of tomorrow when I wake up.

I will join you on this thread Ted and give you all an update on where i'm at. I'm working midnight shifts right now, so I will stop smoking this morning at the end of shift. That will be the easy part. The hard part begins when I wake up tomorrow afternoon.byllsong thanks and I'm going to do it this time. Maybe it's cause no one has ever watched me that I've failed and snuck in those "only one more to see if i'm still addicted cigarettes"

It is working for me...See you here tomorrow. If I can do this, so can you...Ted
