Funny thing, after listening to your version i went to hear one of the Hendrix links you had provided. Before the video started, there was the obligatory ad. The ad song for, I dunno, Verizon or something, reminded me of how much music mixing has changed. There's been a shift, hasn't there. The emphasis is less on unique, creative, emotive songs and more on slick, clean, hyper produced blasé sweet sounds. Sound trumps song. Ya know? Then the Jimmy video actually started and the sound quality difference was sadly profound. Something lost and something gained in living every day... Am I the only one who find's himself reflecting a little TOO much lately?? It may be a Canadian winter thing...

Your song was great, by the way! Submit!!!!

You're in!

Ah yes, nice to reflect on the changes of our times, dear Graham.

Now, if I was to tell what is the Future, check this :

When I saw this, slick and clean all right, I thought, ok, we are doomed, we are going, a new Race has arrived on Earth ...

Having said that : we are still here !!! :D :D :D So let us enjoy the last minutes when we can.

I love your Troubadours ways, dear Graham, oh so much indeed.
