I don't disagree... but I've worked hard to be a good singer too

Yup...I'm with AI...it's all good...I'm still smiling!!!(Because, truth be told, I wish I personally had more options than just releasing instrumentals. Zing!"Thank you very much...I'll be here all year!").Have a good (productive) weekend all!

shyeah! If a vocalist can't hold up her end a capella, she needta go on home. And in case any a all y'all ej-y-kated folk missed yo classes, lemme point out Bobby McFerrin. His stuff is almost (I said almost) always a capella and it totally ROCKS. Lotsa players jes wish they could do with their instruments what he does with his. That said, I loved rehearsals in a band more than anything......all the communication, the laughter, the moments when it all fell in place. Ahhhhhhhhh. And they all instruments, right? Ours is jes a lot more mobile. And sensitive. Cuz we special like dat.

Well, there is a LOT more demand for instrumental music than there is for a capella vocal music. On the other hand, songs with vocals pay a lot better when they get placed.I say it's a draw...
