Is the other half about Mr. Kite?

OK,Some Beatles songs use both common (i.e. 4/4) and triple time (i.e. 3/4 or 6/8) in the same song. Mr. Kite is a simple example due to the circus music in the instrumental break. Sometimes, it's just a measure or two in between lines...Can you identify some? Some non-Beatles examples of this include "Change Partners" by Stephen Stills... Verses in triple, chorus in common... Neil Young's "Broken Arrow" and others...So, c'mon... think of some... Casey

Quote:Half the post's have little or nothing to do with Sgt Pepper! That may be true but those posts are so informative, concise, absorbing, engrossing, provocative, compelling and thought provoking that Sgt. Pepper himself would have approved of them.Besides, it was really hard to come up with all this gibberish.Ringo

There is some ternary meter in Happiness is a Warm Gun as well as a few other time signatures!Lucy in the Sky features both common and 3/4 although it's all a little patchworked together.
