Re: Disney Terms of Use
andre ... I appreciate your rhetoric ... cus that's what it is. why? cus if you have a 2 year old that can read, you have a lot more problems coming your way than if she can read the F-word. as well, why is she sitting at your computer reading without you supervising and lastly, get real, I never throw them around HERE. not that I don't elsewhere, but here I use them as point makers and color additions. in context. in the real world. here's my guess as a long time parent, your 2 year old will have heard sailor talk and be repeating it amongst his/her friends long before you think it's happening. and it won't be my fault. it'll be the fault of her real world contacts. if that's you and yours, so be it but don't lay THAT on me.otherwise, I suggest you do a search on how many times profanity has been used here ... my word count has to be high. my profanity % is quite low. plus, how about entering the global age man? there's more to the www than the USA morality and if you think we're not viewed as moral hypocrites, you don't get it. it's not okay to show nipple, but it IS okay to execute. it's not okay to say cock but it is okay to sell guns to idiots that will let kids have them.I don't get it. but hey, I feel your pain and I'll really try to keep it in mind ... but don't let me find anyone else saying any of the 4 letter words either. if I do, I'll forward them to you and expect you to forward them to jimi for discipline.it'll be yours.

kitz,You're going to get lots of opinions and lots of potentially conflicting words from any layman that you consult. Until you lay down the bucks or have an entertainment attorney friend pull a pro bono for you, you're not going to get a straight answer. I advise you not to trust any of us clowns here on the forum or anywhere else on the internet or beyond. It's your career.Mazz

You think a two-year-old’s going to pick out one 10 X 5 mm word in the midst of a ten-line paragraph on a page littered with smilies and stars and faces? I always love those true colours exhibited when someone uses the moral welfare of their child(ren) as a vehicle for their own high and mighty self-assurance.And while I’m poking my nose in here, can I just say that so far the thing which is irritating me the most about Steve à la Glib Art (see what I did there? – I am a genius!) is his perpetual over-use of the comma. Reading your posts, is like listening, to someone, with Emphysema. I think you should try to remember it’s not a lyric.[insert emoticon of your choice]That’s it, carry on.
This post is the kiss of death to your thread.

Kitz, I responded in the other thread(s). Ideascapes' take on the web aspect may hold some water. I still think the language is boilerplate; designed to discourage lawsuits, and that Disney is unlikely to use your submission without compensation, why else require a PRO?In any case, since this thread is redundant, you might find it helpful to know that as the original poster, you can delete it by deleting your original post. (I think) Might be a good idea.
