Ern, I expected your neighbor situation to get better once you began legal proceedings. To my amazement it has only gotten worse. t sounds like some of the officials are now leaning toward him. Anyway they are not actively doing much to relieve you. They may have begun to perceive you and your wife as inveterate complainers. Too bad about your wife's state of mind. A real predicament getting worse. Look for an old fashioned remedy.

'Old fashioned remedy' puts me in mind of a friend and former bassist that used to be a leg-breaker for the Gambinos, before he got religion.Rocky Top and Foggy Mountain Breakdown are perennial requests, where I come from: might as well investigate another line of work, if you don't plan on playin' 'em.

Orange Blossom Special and Old Time Rock and Roll around here. I've learned to hate the latter.Cameron

I'm not going there, 'cause it's gonna make me think of a songI don't like, and then it'll stick in my head!

Look for an old fashioned remedy.Well, the preliminary injunction will be filed today or tomorrow. The "Board" is just a thorn in our side --- they don't want to confront Psycho because they're scared of him and don't know what to do other than to placate him. He takes up SO much of their time with emails and phone calls that they just want it to go away. But the legal system will provide justice eventually. --- Believe me, most people whom I've talked to outside of the U.S. would have had this guy tarred, feathered, and run out of town on a rail YEARS ago! --- If someone has a connection with the Gambino family, have them fire me off a PM! Here's hoping for a miraculous -- and peaceful -- outcome. Perhaps his psychosis will mutate into something more mellow and less destructive.Anyway, sending continued good thoughts your way.SuzHmmm, perhaps playing Rocky Top -- or better yet, the Numa Numa Song -- over a loudspeaker for days on end will calm him down . . .might give his brain something new to work one . . . you never know . . . Actually, here's a serious thought: would playing some music recorded with subliminal relaxation messages in it -- not sure if that's a kosher thing to do to someone else, but given the situation, it might be interesting to try . . . !!

I said "No." So he taught it to me. I played it over and over during solo gigs to make some $$.I TRIED to forget "Rocky Top," but tonight it seems that it is the Volunteers' THEME SONG! --- God, please help me! Oh man... I feel for you... and marching bands are hard work too. I think joining the high school marching band is what caused me to finally give up trumpet for piano. Yes, Woody Allen played cello in a marching band (Play it Again Sam) but I figured with a piano I was safe.Cam
