TAXI members please respond - invoice/result emails?

As another troubleshooting idea, how about setting up a filter in your e-mail program to funnel anything that comes in with sender = Taxi to a special TAXI folder. This way you would see if the mail is making it to you and it should go into that folder.
I don't know much about firewalls, etc., but maybe your internet service provider could help shed some light on this as well. The messages could be getting blocked outside of your home network, before they even make it through the ISPs system. I would be willing to bet that it's on the receiving end and not on the sending end.

PS: I just submitted to a listing and got my submission confirmation instantly in my TAXI folder.

I stopped getting submission / results emails at the beginning of this year. It's a regular SBC/Yahoo account and I always check my junk folder, so that's not the issue. I called Taxi a couple of times, but it never got fixed.
It's not that big a of deal (I seem to be getting all of the listings and Dispatch emails) but since they asked, I just sent Anthony an email.

I've had separate folders for my TAXI emails just like you've described for years.
I also receive lots of TAXI emails for dispatch, listing etc.
I also use 2 separate emails addresses, one from my ISP and another from a domain name I own, which I believe would be 2 completely different routes., but I'm not an expert on this.
All the other TAXI emails get through, and I used to get the ones I'm missing and I haven't changed anything on my end.
I'd love to figure out why it's not working.
If I may ask, do the conformation emails still come from webmaster@taximusic.com and the results still from listingresults@taximusic.com?

I am sorry if I am saying something dumb that yu guys did long ago, but... every email you guys received from Taxi.. the different email addresses that is, are added to your "contacts" or "allowed mail" right?... whatever let's those addresses bypass the junk folder.
I still get my Taxi stuff just fine. Sorry that you guys have a problem and I hope it is resolved quickly... My Taxi main Email address is Hotmail in case that that helps anyone figure this out.

(I know this issue isn't as compelling as helping Ern decide what to have for lunch,
but if you are having issues with your TAXI email responses like described in this thread,
please forward that info to anthony@taxi.com.

I just joined a few days ago and have submitted to a few opps and got all the appropriate emails, well at least as far as I know. But I got confirmation emails almost immediately.
I'm also a Web Designer and host a number of Web sites for my clients. I know I can setup email filtering at the hosting level for my customers and they wouldn't even be aware of it, so I would have to believe that some filtering issues beyond the control of a person's home PC or network may be part of the problem. My gut feeling after reading through this thread though is that Taxi may well be having some issues at times. Certainly from a developer's perspective, I know things can go wrong on occasion with the technical aspects of having a server send a confirmation email.
