TAXI members please respond - invoice/result emails?

TAXI members please respond - invoice/result emails?
I called TAXI on this months ago and got a "we'll check into it" response.
Ive emailed them recently and have not gotten a response.
I used to get an almost immediate email when submitting to a listing.
It would come from webmaster@taximusic.com and it would be an invoice stating;
You have submitted to the following listings:
--> Submission to listing XXXXXXXXX $0.00
--> Song: XXXXX XXXXX $5.00
Subtotal: $5.00
Total Charged: $5.00
I have not received any of these since 12/09
I would also receive an email when the results were available from listingresults@taximusic.com

Make sure they're not getting gobbled up by a spam filter or junk mail disposal. Aside from that, I wasn't getting results emails for a while but lately I have been. That probably doesn't help much but it's not or rather it hasn't been just you. They've posted about working on a big upgrade to the whole thing and I know from my former life as a software guy that those things (little bugs) can take a back burner because the push is on the new system (not to mention the craziness of the prep for the Rally).
In the meantime, you can check your Taxi music page to see your results.

This has happened to me now and then, but not more than once a blue moon. Just recently I had logged in and discovered a completed screening, and received the official email 3 days later. If you haven't been getting any at all for almost a year, that is kind of strange. I'm assuming you put the taxi email addresses on your safe list?
I do think you should continue to follow up politely with Taxi but I would wait until after the Rally, I would guess things must be pretty crazy at Taxi HQ right now. In the meantime, as Dave said, you could just log in every few days and check up on your submissions.

PS - Ok I just honed in on the fact that you're not getting the invoices either (I'm a bit slow today). That is strange, I always get those. Have you double checked that there aren't any typographical errors in the email address they have on file? Check in the "my profile section" on your taxi page. Try changing your primary and secondary email address on the same page, and see if you start getting the invoices at the new primary email address.

I've been having problems too where I don't get emails with Juliet's submission results.
Seriously, I had the (real) problem a few weeks back. Didn't get an email but logged on and saw I had a forward. Others have reported this and there does seem to be a glitch in the system somewhere.
So now I log in every day (OK, every 30 seconds) and check.

Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this problem.
I have a long history of receiving these notifications in the past.
I know I can check my submissions page, that's what I've had to do for the last 10 months.
I have 2 working emails in my profile.
I don't use spam filters and rarely get junk mail, though when I do can check it and they're not from TAXI.
I get Dispatch emails, I get the listings emails and all the other promo type emails, so I'm pretty confident its not on my end.

I have had the occasional email or phone call from members that haven't been receiving the invoice/listing result emails -- mostly the listing result emails. I'm curious as to how frequent and how many members aren't receiving these. Typically this is something Craig takes care of, but he is out of the office and I thought I'd try helping.
I was always under the assumption that certain email programs/clients were gobbling up these through a spam filter or throwing them right into the junk folder. Most of the time when a member has this problem and we help them, the emails are found in another file on his or her computer.
RLD told me that he doesn't have/use a spam filter and that he rarely receives junk mail... I can't think of any other places to look. Are there any other members that have had this problem and found an answer?
On our end, the emails aren't bouncing back, and I've double checked to make sure that we have RLD's correct email address on file.
Since I will be bringing this to the tech team, presenting more data will help them pinpoint the issue, so please feel free to email me directly at anthony@taxi.com if you had or are still having issue.

I haven't been receiving emails for submissions or forwards either. I had two returns in August without any emails (I can't remember if emails get sent for returns though.) I also had a forward in August where I received an email from the company whom the song was forwarded to but nothing from Taxi. The beginning of this month, I submitted three songs and didn't receive any emails confirming the submissions but they show up as pending in my submission history.
