It's really two different issues. I have outstanding submissions over the usual amount of time too. It's reasonable to assume that due to the rally the staff has been overloaded and there are some delays. My guess is within the week things will return to normal. The way I see it, an extra 1-2 weeks to wait on a listing result is well worth it for having the rally.

The other issue about people not getting emails is more likely a technical glitch that existed before the rally which needs to be addressed after the rally.

Patience... If we look at the grand scheme of things, this is a relatively slow moving industry and 1-2 weeks is a spec of dust in the universe. I make submissions in the "outside world" all the time which have 3+ month waits, sometimes more.

I don't receive email invoices or submission results anymore either.

Any updates TAXI?
Still no invoice/result emails, tho all my other TAXI emails now come in triplicate. (Tried to post a smilie, but it won't work)

Several months ago I had a long spell where I wasn't getting these emails, I kept reporting it to Taxi and it was eventually fixed. Except for an occasional miss now and then. Just had a miss last week.
