yeah, i even managed to spread it out, ill take like 2 puffs, and then squash it, and go as long as i can, a whole cigarette at this point would make me sick, in a day or two hopefully my nicotine level will be low enough to just stop

Lord, honey...If you haven't figured out by now that I'm gay, then the trouble isn't ME... The JPFolks boards are associated with "Just Plain Folks", one of the most amazing web communities there is. While it started out as a purely musical place to talk and meet, it's now also involved with poetry and film and CREATIVITY, in almost every aspect.But, since you've never heard of them, my guess is I was mistaken.No matter. Hey guys!How's everyone doin' today? Well I'm on my 12th smokeless day today, and I must say I'm feeling pretty good. Get a few minor urges here & there, but nothin' I haven't been able to handle. Been practically livin' off of fruit, trailmix, & apple juice. Only had 2 or 3 regular meals all week. Eatin' this stuff all week long, REALLY changes up your system, if ya' know what I'm sayin'. But overall, I feel pretty good. No strong urges ta' light up, and basically keep the thought away by staying busy, or sleeping. I'm gonna' break routine this evening, an order myself a nice sausage & cheese pizza. Family is out of town, house is nice & quiet! Time ta' find a game on the tube! Hope everyone else is doin' fine and hangin' in there. Ted, Tory, Solrax, what's up fellas?I-468

Wow. You know... it seems like only yesterday I was on my 12th day (cue "waxing nostalgic" music in background...) To think that I've already broken the 4 week barrier is jaw-dropping.To realize that I'll be handing off the driver's seat of this thread to Ibanez in only 2 more days (my one month marker) is almost unimaginable. Near incomprehensible.These days/ the time has recently been flying by. Granted, the first few weeks felt like several agonizing months, but lately it's been easier and easier. And I will ALWAYS believe that Y'ALL are the biggest reason I got through this as easily as I did (and trust me, it was NOT easy).Milfus, I KNOW you can do this. And I truly believe you WANT to. You're so close. Keep trying, and it'll happen. I'm certain of it.Ibanez, I hope you're putting $5 a day into a special account.
